The citizens of this great country are coming together to support this man. Straw polls results which favor Paul are being dumped. His name is removed from online polling. And when his name IS there, and he wins, his name is then pulled from the competition. This man wants change. His supporters raised 4.5 million dollars in 1 day. His appeal covers the US with citizens, like us, who are fed up with our "Representative Republic"

Ron Paul, like Ling, is a great truth-teller.  His voting record is one of the most consistent
this writer has ever seen.  No flip-flops are to be found. As well, he is a courageous and wise man, and a heck of an economist. Just ask the Wall Streeters.  However, he bears to his fellow countrymen (and countrywomen), an empty pot.  He can’t claim to have brought you wars or higher taxes, which we now have.  He never brought you an unbalanced budget, which is a perennial joke. He never voted himself a wage increase and, to this day, gives back part of his salary every year. He has always voted to preserve the Constitution, cut government spending, lower healthcare costs, end the war on drugs, secure our borders with immigration reform and protect our civil liberties. Sorrowfully, he was outvoted or shot down on all measures. The Constitution has been chiseled down, government spending is through the roof, healthcare costs are out of control, the war on drugs keeps getting less effective, immigration issues remain unresolved and our civil liberties have been crimped for our own safety.  I’ll just throw in that Ron Paul opposes regulation of the internet, which has been a revolution in the exchange of ideas, this article being a case in point.

Ron Paul raises $3.8+ Million in One Day!!!

You've heard me talk about Ron Paul on this blog before. Maybe you were interested, maybe you dismissed it as political nonsense. BUT GET THIS!!! Today, November 5th, Ron Paul raised 3.8 MILLION dollars!! In One Day!! Unbelievable!!

If you've not heard of him before, now's the time to take a look! Here's Wolf Blitzer shocked by the news - and that's when it was 2.4 MILLION - right now it's 3.8! Amazing!

Now, why November 5th? Well, it's Guy Fawkes day  -made popular in modern times by the Phenomenal Film, V For Vendetta. "Remember, Remember the 5th of November, the Gun Powder Treason and plot. I know of no reason the Gun Powder Treason should ever be forgot!" Of course this is not a encouragement to blow up Parliament, but in the movie, it's the rally cry of the anti-hero to give power BACK to the people and for citizens to reclaim their government. 'Government should be afraid of its people, not people afraid of their government.'

And so on this day, over 35,000 people donated an upwards of $3.8 Million dollars to spur change, and to nominate a candidate who wants to reduce a massive and irresponsible government and restore power to the people.

He's got a straight-forward and simple message. Protect the Sovereignty of our Nation, Stop policing the world, Limit government control in your life, reduce (if not eliminate) taxes, bring home the troops, protect privacy and ownership rights, and stick the the guiding principles of the Constitution! Simple, straightforward.

Jessica Alba Outs Me, Ross

Last week at the Teen Choice Awards, Jessica Alba won the "Female Hottie" award. In her little acceptance speech, she attempted to lash-out at me. Yes, that's right. I am the Ross she lashed out at.

To all of you who didn't see her little tirade, here it is:
"Ross didn't love me. I was pigeon-toed, I had a sway back, I was slightly cross-eyed, buck-toothed, I sucked my thumb. Look at me now, Ross! Look at me now!"

Well, I'm lookin'.
Now look, I know you are very attractive - everyone knows that. But back in the day, like you said, you were buck-toothed and cross-eyed. And it was YOU who had a crush on me. You said, "Hey Ross, I promise to kiss you if you pick me for your team." And as I recall, I DID pick you. There was never a stipulation that said I had to pick you first. So, I actually lived up to my side of the agreement, despite all the angst you've been carrying around for these many years. Also, you sucked at baseball. You struck out every single time you went up to bat. Wait, you did hit it once - backwards! And then, you were doing cartwheels in the outfield the whole game and stepping on bees and sucking your thumb. I was yelling at you that one time to catch the ball, but you weren't paying attention. It knocked you right in the head. We lost the game because of you! But I guess you were fortunate. I think that hit to the head uncrossed your eyes, right?

And your mad at me?! You sold away your first kiss to be on a baseball team. Yikes!

Now you're all grown up, and living the successful life in Hollywood. Congratulations. I've enjoyed watching you in some of your mildly successful films. Like the Fantastic Four films which were kinda good. "Honey" which was quite bad. Sin City which was pretty good. And the old Dark Angel series which was pretty okay. Oh, and you did pretty good in Entourage too.

I'm sorry you're been mad at me for kissing you and then putting you on my baseball team, thus fulfilling the details of the promise. Maybe if you weren't the worst baseball player in class, I would have picked you sooner.

And Jessica, if you're so hot, how come they casted you as The INVISIBLE Girl? Huh? Answer me that!

SPP - Montebello Protestors avoid Riots

This week in Montebello, in Canada, there was yet another summit regarding the SPP and the formation of the North American Union. Click here to read my previous post on this.

Here's what happened.
There's a peaceful protest going on, when 3 masked guys show up and try to turn things violent. They are promptly confronted by the protestors and told not instigate violence. One guy even has a large rock and is ready to throw it. The guys are eventually cornered between the protestors and the riot police. Because they refuse to stand down or remove their masks, the people start accusing them of being under cover police agents. At this accusation, the masked men jump in behind the police line and are promptly taken into custody (curious how those wanting to fight the police go to the police to getaway instead of just leaving the rally). But there's one small problem.

While on the ground and being cuffed, a photo was taken that shows the police officer and one of the men wearing the same boots, with the same yellow triangle located on the sole. Very suspicious. So watch the video and read the article above. There's isn't a smoking gun here, but there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that shows that the government/police was willing to start a riot so they could have an excuse to shut it down.

Dude, this is gross!

An article about a guy in Germany who had his own "zoo" of insects and reptiles. He was bitten by a Black Widow, died, and then all his snakes and spiders and reptiles proceeded to eat him for a 1-2 week period.

“Giant webs draped him, spiders were all over him. They were coming out of his nose and his mouth." AND “Larger pieces of flesh torn off by the lizards were scooped up and taken back to the webs of tarantulas and other bird-eating spiders.”

200 spiders, lizards, snakes, termites, and poison frogs took care of his body.

Like I said, Gross!

Death of Democracy

A new low standard set by the Democratic Congress.
A bill was being voted on to block Illegal Immigrants from receiving financial support from the Federal Government. And when the gavel fell, the bill had passed by a vote of 213-215. But then, the Democratic Majority didn't like the results, so they called it 214-214, and after some final tweaks, called the vote 216-212.

So even when the bill passes, the Democrats don't like the result, so they change it.

Now, the Democrats have apologized profusely about what happened. A huge misunderstanding, it was unfair what we did, etc. AND YET, they are unwilling to discuss the specifics OR change their new result.

Our country is a mess. With the executive branch giving itself new powers, and the Democratic congress accomplishing NOTHING, people are fed up with the government - one bent on keeping the money and power right where it is.

I know the Bush Administration has done A LOT of bad things, and they still are. However, I've NEVER seen anything like this where the Congress, ON CAMERA, changes the results of a vote. Outrageous!!

Ron Paul

I'm sure most of heard of Presidential Candidate Ron Paul. He's definitely the champion of many who feel our runaway government has stopped working for the people and begun working for itself.

There's a fantastic interview here from FOX. Definitely watch it. It really gives you a good understanding of his position on things. He's all about the Constitution, the people, lower taxes, less spending, etc.

A real breath of fresh air who is appealing to Republicans, Democrats, and Libertarians all at the same time.

U.S. Citizenship Test

pMSNBC has put together a list of 20 questions that might appear on a U.S. Citizenship test. By their own admission, these 20 questions (selected from a pool of 100 questions) are the tougher ones.

So in a day in which Immigration is a hot topic, perhaps we should all take the test and see how well we do.

Now, I don't want to brag, but I do, so I will. I took this test. And going into it I thought I would do fairly well, while still missing a handful of questions - I was hoping to get at least 15 out of the 20. Well, I'll have you know that I got 100% CORRECT!!!! Yeah me!

Earthquake

Holy crap! Did you feel that Earthquake? Just 3 minutes ago. Felt like a truck slammed into the house, and then it settled down, and rumbled and swayed for 30 seconds or so. The site I just listed doesn't even know magnitude yet. Crazy man.

UPDATE: Earthquake was a 4.5. Felt a little bit bigger than that.
